There is stuff people would not use anymore but still keep in their home, ice tray, unknown stainless steel, etc. I was curious to see how to make them be alive and come back into our lives.
The project initially started with the design of shoes.The rules for shoe design were developed by collecting different functions in different scenarios and exploring the possibilities of different combinations of underused stuff. After that, a small workshop was organised around these open-ended rules and examples of shoes to inspire people creating creative ways to re-use these objects.
It aims at inspiring people to understand the structure of the objects themselves, explore how they can be used to reassemble them into a pair of interesting shoes, and reactivating these underused stuff back to use.
